Aphex Twin will headline Field Day Festival
Aphex Twin has officially been confirmed as the headliner of the Field Day festival on June the 3rd, 2017. Aphex Twin will headline The Barn, which is the festival’s brand new indoor stage. The organizers of Field Day festival describe the stage as
“a giant metal construction that will host major electronic performances with cutting-edge lighting and sound.”
The iconic UK DJ and producer will play there a two-hour set. This gig will be one of Aphex Twin’s rare shows in the UK over the last decade, alongside his two sets in Glastonbury back in 2014, one in AFX in the Temple and an unannounced set in the Glade Area.
Tom Baker, Field Day’s co founder reaction to the booking was
“it will be a phenomenal, mind blowing, mesmerizingly, fantastic two hours of absolute genius.”
